Removing a Hotmail account in Outlook 2003

Hello All,

I've removed a hotmail account from my outlook 2003 but I still see the
hotmail account in the navigation pane. When I click on it I get the
following error: The set of folders could not be opened. Anyone else see
this before? How can I get rid of the hotmail lefovers? Thanks and take
care.
