Removing all mail from the computer

I am going to switch computers and want to make sure that all of the
mail that I have been downloading into Entourage 2004 is removed. If I
remove the 'database' file, will this completely remove all traces of my
email? Is there any other cached mail that can be accessed?

In Finder go to Documents > Microsoft User Data > Office 2004
Identities > {your identity}

Delete this folder completely to remove all user specific information.
If you have a folder at Documents > Microsoft User Data > Saved
Attachments then delete that too.

Go to Entourage > Tools > Accounts and delete all accounts (both mail
and newsgroup)

That should have it covered...;-))

What is the "Saved Attachments" folder for?

Attachments.

I think, but am not completely sure, that Saved Attachments only holds
Attachments that you open and edit without re-saving somewhere else. If you
make no changes to the file, I believe it temporarily holds attachments that
you opened, then deletes them when you quit Entourage.
