Removing builds...how do I freeze at the end?

Leon Brown

Hello,

I have a slide (from a unreachable source) that has a complicated custom
build. I'd like to use the slide minus the build and show only the final
view. I can't seem to figure out how to do so. I can run the build, but then
it always resets. I can remove the custom animations and such, but then I
have to rebuild it all from scratch. I'd like to get to the end.

Any hints are greatly appreciated.

You might want to consider saving the slide as an image (jpg), making a new
slide, and then either inserting the picture onto the new slide or making the
picture the background for that slide. This way you have a final product that
you can use.
Hope this helps!!!

In addition to John's idea, I thought I would add a great way to get the
screen shot. I use the time delay options of SnagIt from TechSmith to get
the shot. Set the delay for long enough to start the slide and get it to
just before the end. Then, take the shot. You can even tell SnagIt to take
repeated automatic shots which would allow you to play the slide and get
pictures of each step.
