Removing Language Toolbar from Quick Launch

I installed office 2003 (full install). The program added a Language
Toolbar to my Quick Launch bar, which I want to make go away.

I can right mouse on QL, select Toolbars and turn off the Language Bar ...
the next time I reboot --- it's back.

How can I make this thing go away forever?
