Removing messages from server

[Office 2004 for Mac OS X, Entourage 2004]

Am currently using the trial version of the suite. I assume this is a full
working version to evaluate for 30 days, but "Keep a copy of messages on
server" is pre-checked and there does not seem to be an option to uncheck it
(grayed out).

Tools > Accounts > AccountName > Options > Server Options

Is this box pre-checked only on the trial version? There should be a way to
turn it off.

I ordered the full version yesterday but it won't arrive for a few business
days. Thanks!

Noticed there are two newsgroups related to Entourage. Is there any
difference between public.mac.office.entourage and
public.office.mac.entourage?

It is a safety feature for trial users.

Yes, public.mac.office.entourage is the correct group. There other is an
outdated group that just hasn't been deleted.
