Repeat (Fill Down) formula n times where n is value put in a cell

I have values age and term in say cell B1 and B2

Age need to be ascended by 1 year in column B from cell B4. By putting the
formula in B5 I can drag down to "n" cells. I want to know if this process
can be automated with where the “drag†should stop by taking the value in
cell B2 by using a formula.
