Repeated phrases wildcard?

I am using Word (version 16.6) and working with transcriptions of spoken audio. I have a wildcard to find duplicated words, (eg. apple apple). I am looking for any help on finding a wildcard for when a short phrase is repeated (eg. it is it is).

Any help would be hugely appreciated!
