Repeating content - IFRAME INCLUDE other? using FP98

I have difficulty to decide which option to use the INCLUDE or the IFRAME

Could anybody suggest/explain the advantages/disadvantages between these two
similar options?

What's the recommended most common method to repeat content on web pages ?

FP Includes are design time tools
IFRAME is a client site html (not compatible w/ all browsers) and may be blocked based on user security settings
