Hi!
Time to time my Entourage download all messages from server again.
Question: How to delete all doubled messages from Inbox folder and what should I do to prevent this problem in the future?

To get rid of duplicates use one of the scripts on this page.

This can happen after you rebuild your Entourage database or when your ISPs
restart their servers after updating security updates.

Other than not archiving a lot of mail on the server in the Inbox, there
isn't much you can do. If you are going to keep mail on the server, move it
out of the Inbox using your web browser and create an archive folder.
