replacement disk

I have office 2000 and 18 site lisences the disk 1 is
cracked and I need a copy or a replacement disk - I
cannot run outlook because it wants the disk - I upgraded
to windows xp. we cannot use the disk like we need to at
here at school. Any ideas on where or who to contact?
