If Outlook can tell that your address is in a recipient field, you won't get
the reply. Apparently, the address in the receipient field doesn't match
your address as Outlook knows it, for some reason. This can happen to me,
too, when someone from Outside the company sends mail and I Reply All
because my Internet address doesn't match my internal Exchange address.
