Reply Above Quoted Message?

Is it possible to start typing your reply above the quoted message in
the message window? Mine keeps going below it. Please help!

The easiest way is to go to Entourage -> Mail & News Preferences (or Edit ->
Preferences -> Mail & News, depending on your version) and to click the
"Reply & Forward" tab. Then, under "Mail Attribution", check the option to
"Place insertion point before quoted text", and click OK.
