Is it possible for Entourage to display a message when the Reply All button is clicked? I have a user who routinely clicks Reply All, and one of his recent messages was NSFW, sadly. If not, does anyone know if this is scriptable?

Thanks!

NSFW?

This is what we call a PERBAC error (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And
Chair).

Simply learning Command-R is reply can't be that difficult.

Diane, I don't mean to pick on you, but I think you meant to type PEKBAC. I
suppose a typo is a simple kind of PEKBAC. :)

I agree with your recommendation. If the user gets used to typing cmd-R for
Reply and cmd-shift-R for Reply to All, he will probably stop making the
mistake.

Oops! If the acronym really means Problem Encountered Between Keyboard And
Chair, then we both should have written PEBKAC!!!! :)

We've got to be careful. It's catching. ; )

Hi Jeff!

Just have the user remove the Reply All button from the Toolbar. Use
View --> Customize Toolbar...

Of course, the real solution is that the user should exercise better
judgment and more care.

Hope this helps!
