Reply All Shortcut Not Working

Recently, trying to use the keyboard shortcut to Reply All to an email
is no longer working. I can Reply All if I use my mouse and click on
the icon. I do not know for sure when the problem started. I did
upgrade to Tiger and I know the shortcut worked under Panther. Anyone
else out there having problems or know what I need to do.

Command-Shift-R is the proper shortcut. Try quitting and re-launching
Entourage.

If that doesn't work, make sure you haven't assigned a script to that
shortcut. Go to ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Entourage Script Menu
Items/, and make sure that there are no scripts with an \msR or \smR at the
end.

Also, go to System Preferences, open Keyboard & Mouse Preferences, and click
the "Keyboard Shortcuts" tab. Make sure there aren't any other shortcuts
for all applications or Entourage that use Command-Shift-R.

Does the shortcut's symbols (⇧⌘R) appear in the Message menu next to
the command name? If not, the shortcut has been hosed somehow and you
will need to restore it. You can do so using the System
Preferences->Keyboard & Mouse preference panel. Close Entourage before
making changes to its shortcuts.

If the shortcut is there, you may be having a general problem with loss
of keyboard shortcuts. Do other keyboard shortcuts work when reply all
does not? If not, first try closing Preview Panel, and clicking into a
different window and then back; try the shortcut again. If that does
not help, quit Entourage and relaunch; if that does not work try
restarting your computer. Periodic loss of shortcuts is a known problem
and is being worked on; it's related to an Apple windowing problem, I
belive.

I am trying to view this newsgroup and have the messages grouped by thread
but I am unable to expand only one group (thread) to see the posts under
that subject heading. Clicking on the little triangle next to the group
heading does nothing. The only option I have is to expand/collapse ALL. I
tried the Entourage Help section but to no avail. Any suggestions?

I have MS Office 2004 with the latest update.

Does the right/left keyboard arrows do nothing?
