How do I set up reply all so that it does not send me a copy of the e-mail

Make sure that your e-mail address is in the Address Book, then select
yourself as a contact and select This Contact Is Me from the contact menu.

If you have more than one e-mail address, make sure that they are all listed
under the contact labeled Me.
