Reply and forward lable not shown in Entourage with Exchange 2003

I use Entourage 2004 with the latest patches as a client of Exchange
2003. There is a arrow label indicating if the email has been replied or
forwarded. I noticed that after I replied/forwarded an email from Outlook
Web Access, the email status in Entourage doesn't change even after
synchronization. The reverse is also true: when I replied/forwarded an email
in Entourage, I don't see the email status change on the exchange server
either from a browser. Is this feature missing in Entourage or I
misconfigurated my Exchange server? Any help will be appreciated.
