Reply at BOTTOM of e-mails?

Entourage X wants to start replies to e-mails at the BOTTOM of the message
I'm replying to - and appends my signature there, too. How do I make it
reply ABOVE the received message to which I'm responding?

HELP!

Go to preferences - mail and news preferences - reply and forward - say
yes to place reply at top of message.
