Reply format

Hi - New to os x and entourage. Loving it all, but - mail reply
windows automatically set message details and cursor below the copy of
the original message. Can I set default format to start reply message
above the copy of the original message, so that I don't have to move
my cursor every time and/or the recipient doesn't have to scroll
through their own original message to get to my reply (which they may
not even realize is there)? I know I can set it to not copy the
original message, but this isn't what I want to do. Thanks for any
help!
