Reply from same account address not working!

Hi, I just started working for a second company and created a separate
Account for that address, yet when I get an email to that new account and I
reply to it, Entourage will set it to send from the default account always,
even though I have the "Reply using default account" option turned OFF.
This is an incredible inconvenience, people I write to should not even know I
work for someone else, I already sent an email from the wrong address and
couldn't unplug the network cable in time or hit Command-period, arghhh...

I'm running Entourage X SR1 10.1.4 on OS 10.3.2.
