Reply in Plain Text

Hi there,
Im Assaf from Israel, and each e-mail,in plain text, i relpyed to,transfers all the previous text to right-to-left.,although i configured it to reply left-to-right.

In HTML format theres no such behavior on Reply.
Any suggestions?
