Reply message defaults to bottom!

When I reply to a message (and include or "quote" the original message), my
default signature and the cursor appear at the bottom of the message,
rather than the top. I waste alot of time cutting and pasting my message so
it appears at the top. How can I change this default?

Go to Entourage > Preferences (Entourage > Mail & News Preferences in
Entourage X, Edit > Preferences > Mail & News in Entourage 2001), and then
click "Reply & Forward". Under "Mail Attribution" choose to "Place reply at
top of message and include From, Date, To, and Subject lines from original
message" ("Prefix my reply with short header-style attribution lines" in
Entourage X and 2001). Click OK to save your preferences.

Note that this won't fix the issue for news messages. In that case you
would need to use Paul Berkowitz's free "Reply Insertion Reversed" (or
"Reply Insertion Above" for Entourage 2001) script to have this type of
reply format.

Thanks a billion! Certainly not a very intuitive preference. (BTW, I'm using
Entourage X, thanks for the reminder.)
