Reply not including ALL previous messages

When I reply to messages with the preference set to 'include entire message
in reply', Entourage only copies the most recent message and the remainder
are not included. I have tried quitting Entourage and re-opening the
application with no luck. I'm running entourage 2004 version 11.2.1
Any help would be appreciated.

Try selecting the entire original message (click the message and go to Edit
Select All) before replying. Entourage automatically discards text below

a "-- " (that's hyphen-hyphen-space-return) standard signature separator.
To override that behavior, you need to select the entire message before
replying.
