Go to Entourage -> Mail & News Preferences (or Edit -> Preferences -> Mail &
News), click the "Reply & Forward" tab, and, under mail attribution, choose
to "Prefix my replies with internet-style attribution lines", with the
option to "Place insertion point before quoted text" checked.
