Hi,
My boss receives emails from a group of about 10 people.
Doesn't seem to be a distribution group. When he replies
to all it sends it to only the sender. But later he will
find his thread in a RE:..... email. He is convinced it
is not being sent to everyone, only the sender. But on
the RE: later in the thread it will show a reply to the
group. We can't figure out why when he replies it only
goes to the sender and when others reply it goes to the
group. I assume the email is originally sent by BCC
because the TO field is blank. I have a feeling that the
later thread has the individual add the names in but we
are not totally convinced this is the case.
Any ideas what could cause this?
Most of the group members are (e-mail address removed)
And our is (e-mail address removed)
Thanks so much,
Jim
