Reply-to-all CC field is missing

Hi,

I got this strange email.

From : (e-mail address removed)
To : (e-mail address removed)
cc : (e-mail address removed)

When I clicked Reply to All, the cc field ([email protected]) is missing.

In normal cases, a Reply to All will include the original from and to into
the "to" and cc into the "cc" field in the replied email. Why is the cc
field is missing ?

The problem is only happen to this email. Other email seems working fine.
Hence, it should not be a problem with my Outlook or Exchange server right.

I'm trying to explain this to my boss that there is nothing wrong with the
Outlook or Exchange server. But I do not understand why the cc field is
missing when clicked Reply to All.

Please advise.
