Is there an option somewhere to turn off "include yourself" when replying to
all?

Yes, set up a new rule which says that

If "to recipient" "contains" "(your e-mail address"

Then "delete" e-mail.

No. That will delete every email message sent to you!!

There's no way to do that, except by an AppleScript (if someone were to
write one), run from a schedule every minute, which could remove you from
the recipient list of an open message window. However, it's only an issue, I
think, when you were a CC recipient of the original message. If you were a
To recipient of the original message, the "Reply to All" does _not_ include
yourself, as far as I've seen.

I am included in reply_to_all even when my address is in the TO field.

After further investigation, this is true only when one of my (many) aliases
is used (for example bo.j.naasz instead of bo.naasz, the latter of which is
listed as my return address in Entourage).

I guess this is unavoidable.

Thanks

Well, yes. With a different email address, it _is_ a different recipient.
