What do I do to reply to all emails when I am on Holidays to say that
I am away and will be back on a certain date?
You have two options.
1. Leave your computer connected to your ISP and leave Entourage
running. Then create a rule (Tools --> Rules...) to reply to all
incoming messages. Include a criterion to not reply to messages that
Entourage thinks may be junk.
2. Check your ISP's website to see if they offer auto-response to
messages from their server. You can enable/disable it from anywhere you
have Internet access and you don't need to leave your computer running
while you're away.
