Reply to e-mail from aol

When we click on reply to and AOL email it always comes
back undelieverable. We can create a new e-mail to that
same address and it goes fine. Any help would be great.

Are you using Exchange server? What version of Outlook? What is the exact
text of the NDR?

Yes I am using and Exchange server 2000... outlook 2000
sp2. NDR is 550 5.7.1 Unable to replay for
(e-mail address removed)

Hi - I suggest reposting in microsoft.public.exchange.admin as this is not
an Outlook problem - and pls put in the full text of the NDR.

NDR = Non Delivery Report = the bounce you received.
