Open the registry editor

Find
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current
Version \WinLogon.

Make sure the "Allocate Cdroms" value is set to "0".

Restart the machine.

Install office from the Cd-Rom drive

follow the Kb article for further instructions 17250
