The pref setting to NOT reply from my default account doesn't work. I have 6 email accounts and I want to reply to messages sent to one particular account with that account as a "from" and "reply to". This doesn't work in Entourage at all no matter what I try. Anybody else figure this one out?

Just to be sure....You have unchecked the option in Entourage preferences
"Reply using the default account"?

Are these alias accounts?

I have the exact same problem.

I have checked and unchecked the "Reply using the default account" setting
in the preferences with no success.

This is EXTREMELY painful and made me remember why I switched to Apple Mail
a couple of years ago... still not fixed in Entourage 2008. Can someone look
into this?

Who has only one email account nowadays?

Are you actually receiving the mail directly from other accounts, or are the
other accounts forwarding it to your "default" accounts. Entourage will only
send from the account from which IT received the mail, which is not
necessarily the same as the one the sender sent it to.

If you have multiple accounts, you can send from any of them by choosing it
in the "From" drop-down list when you compose the new message -- but you do
have to do that for each message.
