This is a general question related to any template.
From Outlook 2002 I would like to be able to reply to an email using a
template, when the template is created or sent I would like the original
message to be part of the reply, as it would in a normal email reply. This is
so that the recipient of the email has the full email chain and not just the
template.
Is this possible, as the templates I have used always discard the orginal
email text.
