Hello,
To have your email reply insertion point start at the top rather than
the default position at the end of the email, simply click on
Entourage > Preferences > Mail & News Preferences > Reply & Forward >
then click to select the "Place reply at top of message and include
From, ..." under the "Mail Attribution" section, and voila!
