Hi,

I get a 550 Error message when i try to reply to an e-mail. Says somethin
about relaying not allowed. Does anyone know how to overcome this. It is not
an email account issue as it happens with the LAN and my mobile phone connect?

Kind Regards

mike

This is usually caused by trying to send via one smtp server when logged
into a different ISP. Try using authentication on your smtp server set up.

Gordon Hi,

Thanks for trying but by incoming POP3 Server does not support this. Any
other ideas? This has only happened on the new laptop purchased Sat 4th Nov.
All my other computers with same set up work fine?

Kind Regards

mike

You'll need to set it in your SMTP server settings not your POP3 settings.
In your Account Settings press More Options...
