Reporting actions with contacts activities

Hi,

As a consultant, I need to report all my actions with the people I
follow:
- interviews (from calendar)
- prospecting (contacts from the "prospection contacts" folder)
- tasks

All these informations already appear in the Activities tab of each
contact.

How can I export the whole bunch of activities for a group of contacts
in Outlook 2003 let's say to excel? (hoping there is a simpler solution
as the copy and paste)
