I am quite well-versed with P3 and currently attempting to use MSP. I intend
to print Report with Material Resouces conforming to the Outline Structure
adopted in the Gantt Chart. Can anyone help me with this feature. Objective
is get Monthly wise details of the units allocated to each activity in the
Gantt Chart.

Shashank,
It should be as simple as showing the Task Usage view and then applying
a filter to only look at material in the Resource Type field. You
probably also want to show all related Summary Tasks when setting up the
filter.

Hope this helps.

Hi John,

Thanx for your immediate response.

It has worked, I now wants print graphs for each of the levels of Outline
structure. I have for the time-being copied the data in excel and printed the
graphs.

However i wish to automate the entrie process of copying the data from MSP
to Excel.

I am familar with VB tools and have developed a macro to make the graphs
after pasting it in excel.

I now require the procedure to automatically transfer data to a particular
worksheet in excel.

Could anyone help.

Len(ActiveProject.Name))
NomClasseurXL = Left(ActiveProject.Name, Len(ActiveProject.Name) - 4) &
".xls" 'A adapter à la règle de nommage des fichiers

With XLApp
.Workbooks.Open FileName:=Chemin & NomClasseurXL 'Ouvre le Classeur
voulu
.../... many lines...
.Range(Cible).Rows(1).Value = Format(DateJal, "mm/dd/yy")
