Reports from Marketing campaigns

When I track my marketing campaign the reports are blank. The contacts have
responed, the information is linked to the campaign, but all of the reports
are blank. Where's the data coming from that populates the reports? Do I
need to change some of my settings? Any help is greatly appreciated.
