Repost - retrieving images once I declare 'not junk'

From time to time, I get HTML emails containing links to images which are
blocked by Entourage. If I first click on the "this is not junk" link, then
I can't find a way to subsequently download the images. How can I do this?

You could either quit Entourage, restart it and then read the message
again;
or you download the pictures before declaring it not junk.
