request bank details for bacs payments

Please can someone advise me of a letter which requersts for the bank details
of each company so that i can start to pay them via bacs payments?

I doubt very much you'll find such a letter anywhere in the Microsoft
hierarchy of newsgroups, since legal matters like that can vary from
jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
