Request Receipts Check Box on Toolbar

Is there a way to put a button on the application toolbar to ask for a read
receipt. I have a user that turned on the receipts because he wants some
people to acknowledge with a receipt. I looked and only found Options
(already on the bar).

You would have to write a VBA macro to do this, setting the
MailItem.ReadReceiptRequested property
