Require a Field if Certain Drop Down Item is Picked

I am building a form that has a drop down menu with three choices:
Compliant, Non-Compliant and N/A. If someone chooses Non-Compliant I
need to make it so they have to fill out a text box telling why they
are non-compliant. I have built the form in .ASP within FrontPage. Can
anyone tell me how this can be done?

Take a look at

and adapt the drop-down to your needs.

You will have to add a custom validation script to ensure the extra
text box is completed.
