Required utility: Time Vs. Number of records fetched on LAN

Is any tool or utility available to measure the speed of
access database i.e. time Vs. the Number of records
fetched across LAN? I wanted to compare the both databases
i.e. before and after splitting database in front-ends and
back-ends.
