Hi there
Whenever I try to use the research tool, I get the message "Microsoft Office
Word has stopped working" and to close the program.
When I restart, I'm instantly asked "Word automatically saved changes to the
normal document template. Do you want to load it"
No matter what I do, I cannot use the research tool. How do I fix this?
