Reset Time in Outlook

Outlook is putting the wrong time on messages. A message I cc'ed to myself and sent at 7:15 CDT says it was sent at 6:15 A.M. I can't find anywhere to fix this. Can anyone help

Check:
* System time, date, time zone, daylight savings time settings - make sure
they're correct
* Outlook's tools | options | calendar options - make sure this is correct
too. If you make a modification & it resets your clock to the wrong time,
correct the time after that.
