Resetting protocol handler in Entourage X

This is quite a deeply techie question - I hope someone here can help with
it.

While dealing with security measures for the recent OS X URL protocol
handler holes, I inadvertently reassigned the mhtml protocol in Entourage.
Though I tried removing it and pointing it back at Entourage, there's
clearly still something broken - I now can't view HTML email at all - it
just comes up blank.

So, I need to know three things:

Where does Entourage/Office X keep its protocol handler assignments (I've
tried deleting all kinds of prefs files).

How can I reset it/them?

What should I reset it to?

Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this.
