Resize Application window

I would like to know if it is possible and how to resize
the application window when my main form opens. I have
the pop properties on my main form set to True so that it
is not part of the application. I had code so the
application window would minimize and that worked great
until I added a subform that in Datasheet View that the
user you filter and when the Application window is
minimized the Shortcut menu for the subform becomes non
functional. So I am hoping there is a way to resize the
application window to the lower right corner so that it
is still active in the background.
