Resize dialogue boxes

I was wondering if there is a way to resize the various
dialogue boxes in outlook. If I open certain boxes, eg.
The email account box, the entire box is not visible and
there is no resize option. This means that some of the
menu options are not visible at all. My screen reolution
is 1600 x 1200, which is the correct setting for my
laptop.

Would be grateful for any help with this
