restarting the startup wizzard to upgrade from OL express to OL.

Hello,
I have both OLExpress and Outlook 2003 on my PC. My email is currently using OLexpress. When I was setting up my Outlook I had to cancel halfway through the startup wizzard. Now when I open outlook it does not start with the wizzard. I wish to use the wizzard to upgrade from OLexpress to OL. Is there a way I can restart the startup wizzard or do I have to manually do the configuring myself. If so, were can I find the steps.
I am working with Office 2003 and Windows XP pro.
