Restore only Calendar using Time Machine - which file do I restore?

Hi,
I need to revert to my older Entourage (11.3.6) calender which is
backed up in Time Machine. Which file in my Microsoft User Data folder
do I need to restore? I only want to restore 'Calender' and if need be
'Tasks', and leave all other data intact.

This is not a trivial task....
We all recommend not adding ENtourge to the TImeMachine backups because
your identity is one big monolythic database.

This also means that you cannot restore just the calendar. You have to
restore the entire identity.

On (painfully tedious) option would be to backup your current database
somewhere, make sure you are offline, restore the previous one, export
the calendar, revert to the current database to reimport the calendar.

Not easy or fun :-(

As I can see the file 'Messages' in my identity folder I thought it
would simply be replacing one of the other files.
I'll simply re-enter the new entries made, as it seems the easiest
way.
