Restoring categories from my previous Outlook

I just upgraded to Exchange from my previous Outlook. When I moved all my
contacts and calendar entries to the Exchange Mailbox, I lost all of my
categories in the previous contacts and calendar. How do I restore these
categories to the Exchange Outlook?
