Restrict View of Data

I have a worksheet (Excel 2007) with some restricted data (financial). Many
users will need to work with this shared document, however I would like to
restrice the VIEW of the salary information to just a few people. For the
rest, I'd like this column to appear blank (with nothing showing on the
formula bar as well.)
Any suggestions will be MUCH appreciated.
